We understand that life can get busy, coupled with hectic parental schedules and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. However, to ensure we can provide the best possible care for all our young pediatric dental patients, we kindly ask you to review our appointment policy:
Appointment Time is Precious!
- Scheduled appointments are reserved specifically for your child. When you miss or reschedule with short notice, it prevents us from offering that time slot to another child in need which can lead to long delays in getting their pediatric dental work completed. Kindly take the time to confirm your appointment when reminders are sent to secure that time slot for your child.
Appointment Reminders:
We value your time and want to help you avoid missed appointments. We offer appointment confirmation emails and text messages (with parental consent) before your child's scheduled visit, please ensure those are confirmed to guarantee your child's slot as scheduled.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:
We appreciate at least 48 hours' notice (2 business days) for any appointment cancellation. This allows us to offer that time slot to another child in need.
- Notification can be made by phone at 916-500-5437 or by replying to your appointment confirmation email and text.
Missed Appointments:
- Chronic missed appointments (3 or more within a 12-month period) may result in the dismissal of your child from our office. Unfortunately, consistent missed appointments significantly impact our ability to serve all our patients effectively and in a healthy manner.
